1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PluggedIn (accessible at https://www.pluggedin.lk). By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our storefront immediately.

2. Product Descriptions & Catalog Accuracy

We strive to ensure all personal electronics, smart devices, and setup accessories are represented with absolute accuracy. However, pricing errors, detail discrepancies, or temporary inventory stock shortages may occur. PluggedIn reserves the right to correct any errors, update catalog pricing, and cancel orders affected by catalog inaccuracies without prior notice. All prices are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

3. Order Processing & Verification

When you submit a checkout request, an automated Order Reference Code (e.g. `ORD-XXXXXXXX`) will be generated. This code serves as confirmation of receipt, not acceptance of the order. Orders are subject to validation checks:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): We may call or message your provided phone number to verify shipping details before dispatch.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Bank wires must be completed within 24 hours of checkout. Payment receipts should be shared with us to prevent cancellation.

4. Return Policy & 30-Day Workspace Trial

All eligible catalog products are supported by our standard 30-Day Workspace Trial. Returns, refund processing, and shipping logistics are fully detailed in our Refund & Return Policy page.

5. Intellectual Property

All code snippets, graphic assets, product mock renders, photography, copy text, and branding logos published on PluggedIn are the exclusive intellectual property of PluggedIn and our automation development partner, ARC AI. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PluggedIn, its directors, and its partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our electronic goods, desk accessories, or digital web tools.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal claims or actions arising from interactions on this platform shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
